Eindhoven Marathi Mitramandal (EMM) was founded by passionate individuals deeply committed to preserving and celebrating Marathi culture and traditions in the Netherlands. Established to nurture a vital connection to Marathi heritage for those living abroad due to work, education, or personal reasons, EMM has grown into a thriving community of over 700 members in Eindhoven alone. The organisation draws participants from across the Netherlands and beyond, creating a welcoming space where Marathi-speaking families can find their cultural home in a distant land. EMM organises a rich calendar of cultural programmes and community gatherings that celebrate the essence of Marathi traditions. The organisation hosts major festivals including Gudhi Padva, Ganesh Utsav, Diwali celebrations, and Dandiya nights, offering families the opportunity to participate in authentic cultural experiences. Through these events, EMM provides spiritual services, traditional celebrations, cultural performances, and social gatherings that bring together Marathi-speaking Indians living in the Netherlands.
