What "verified" means here
We list a provider only after a person has checked it. What we check depends on how much damage getting it wrong would do.
Reachable from abroad — every provider, no exceptions
An international line or WhatsApp, and a way for you to pay from outside India. A provider your family cannot reach is not listed, however good it is.
Care providers get a phone call
For elder care we verify identity, confirm they report back to family abroad, record how long they have operated — and an editor calls them.
Regulated providers get their registration checked
Banking and investment providers are matched against their RBI or SEBI registration before they appear.
You can tell us we are wrong
Every fact carries who verified it and when. Report one that looks wrong and an editor re-checks it within 72 hours.
