Telugu Association Germany (TAG) is a cultural and community-driven organization founded to bring together Telugu-speaking people living across Germany. Rooted in the rich traditions and heritage of Telugu culture, TAG was established to create a vibrant platform where Indian expat families from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana can connect, celebrate, and preserve their cultural identity while building meaningful lives in Germany. The organization hosts major festival celebrations including Ugadi, Sankranti, Bathukamma, and Dasara, bringing together Telugu families from Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, and cities across Germany. Educational enrichment programmes include Telugu language classes, classical music and dance workshops, and arts and literature sessions that help children and adults stay connected to their mother tongue and cultural traditions. TAG also provides essential support services for newcomers to Germany, offering guidance on integration, networking opportunities, and practical assistance to help families transition smoothly into their new environment.
