Mana Telugu Association (MATA)

Mana Telugu Association Germany, known as MATA, was established in 2015 by a group of passionate and socially committed Telugu-speaking individuals in Munich. Registered as a non-profit organization under German law, MATA was founded with the vision of uniting Telugu culture-loving people across Germany and creating a vibrant platform to celebrate and preserve the rich heritage of one of India's oldest and most melodious languages. With Telugu spoken by over 74 million native speakers worldwide and recognized historically as the Italian of the East, MATA serves as a cultural home for the growing Telugu-speaking Indian expat community throughout Germany. MATA offers a comprehensive range of cultural and educational programmes designed to keep the Telugu language and traditions alive for future generations.
